Digital accessibility isn’t a technology problem. You can’t troubleshoot it away or release an app update to solve it. It’s not a disabled-only problem. A busy mother with a baby on her hip needs to access her banking as easily as someone with a disability would. Digital accessibility is a human problem that needs an equally human solution.

We’re always working to improve customer experiences with innovative apps, websites and more. But too often we stop at simply meeting industry accessibility standards when we should be striving to surpass them. We can always be better. We can set new standards that look at accessibility with the empathetic, human eye it deserves.

We created a video to serve as a rallying cry for the tech community to invest in better digital accessibility standards.
