This is a campaign my internal team created for Pride month in 2021.
Objective:
Create and launch a large-scale, integrated, multi-channel campaign to celebrate, advocate and drive awareness of Capital One' support for the LGBTQ+ community.
Approach:
Design the campaign to serve as a rallying cry that reinforces awareness of our commitment to building equitable and inclusive communities—both within and outside the walls of our company.
PRIDE IS POWERFUL Concept Statement
Whether you're a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community or you're just proud to be an ally - that pride has power. Let's use that power and our collective voices to not only celebrate, but to also address the work that still needs to be done. This campaign acts as a rallying cry for not just the LGBTQ+ community, but also for its allies. It speaks to every friend, parent, coworker, customers and future associate. Because everyone, not just those in the LGBTQ+ community, has the power to create change if they speak up.
